As you step onto the property, you'll be greeted by the breathtaking vineyard surrounding the villa, setting the stage for a truly enchanting stay. This stunning property offers a truly unforgettable vacation experience with its expansive 5-acre grounds, 3 large bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (2 en-suite), a chef’s kitchen, a games room, a resort-like swimming pool (heating available for a fee), a hot tub, a fire pit, and several other amenities.

Relax in one of 3 living areas. The impeccably decorated main living room is designed to be a sanctuary of comfort and style with wonderful views of the pool, vineyards, and surrounding mountains. Unwind in the games room while playing a game of Pool or Foosball and watching TV. The third comfortable living space is located just off the patio, with French doors out to the pool. It has a queen-sized sleeper sofa to accommodate up to 8 guests.

✔ PETS: We love dogs, but unfortunately, this property does not allow them. We are happy to refer pet sitters in the area.
✔ WOOD FIRES: No outdoor wood fires are allowed per Sonoma County rules.
✔ FIREPLACE: The indoor fireplace is there only for aesthetic purposes and can not be used for fires
✔ NOISE: Quiet hours, mandated by the County, are between 9 PM and 7 AM.
✔ GUESTS: A maximum of 8 guests are allowed on the property. Events and parties are not allowed.
✔ SMOKING: Smoking is not permitted inside the property. If you smoke outside, please be sure to keep the area clean and properly dispose of cigarette butts and ashes.
