A beautiful location nestled in the redwoods. The beautiful backyard/park was such a delight. The pictures of the house and the location do not do it justice. This is the perfect getaway!

this is a lovely and romantic retreat in the forest. thank you for having us!

Great property! Only 20 mins from the plaza and host was very responsive.
The house is newly remodeled and beautifully decorated, the place was clean stocked with all possible things in the kitchen and was perfect for a big group of ours.

The listing photos and description were spot-on — no surprises, just a beautiful space that looked exactly as advertised. The house had plenty to keep us happy indoors, but with Forestville right outside the door, we also made the most of the wine tasting, hiking, and great food the area has to offer.
Host was proactive with tips before arrival and quick to respond when we had questions. That kind of attentiveness really sets the tone for a great stay.

A great place to disconnect from the city. Beautiful nature all around. totally worth the stay

This is a really beautiful home. The rooms are all large and comfortable, including the bathrooms. It's well furnished with everything you need. The beds are extremely comfortable. And the kitchen is well equipped with pretty much everything you need as well. It's also close to Glen Ellen, which is great.
A few things to know: the pool is 2 flights down from the living area and the deck/stairs are wood. Definitely bring footwear to get down to the pool to avoid splinters. While the house is very nice, it is right on the road with no fence, so when cars/trucks/motorcycles pass, it can get noisy and feel less private. Also, while it's clear the house has been thoughtfully maintained, it's quite worn. Most everything works, but there are a few things that don't.

Great location, super clean and timely communication...loved it

We had a wonderful time at this gorgeous compound. It is very peaceful and surrounded by vineyards, almost a Napa-like experience. The grounds were lovely to explore, and we enjoyed playing lots of tennis, swimming, and barbecuing. The one area where we were slightly disappointed was the water pressure, which can only handle one source of water being used at a time (one shower or sink, the dishwasher, washing machine, etc). We had little ones with us and trying to run two showers, a bath and a shower, or the kitchen sink and a shower at the same time diminished the pressure to trickle. Otherwise, we adored everything else!

A lovely property. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable furniture and beds.
