Self Check-In Technology
To make things simple, we provide self-check-in and checkout for each rental property we manage using a keyless door lock installed at your property that is either integrated with or has a separate keypad used for access. Guests are provided with detailed instructions on gaining access to your home before their stay. These keyless locks make access and maintenance easier.
Safety-First Approach
Part of our vacation rental management services is securing our guest’s protection. Standout Stays fits all the homes we manage with standard safety equipment, including first-aid kits, fire extinguishers, smoke detectors/carbon monoxide detectors (which we test every month). We also provide a safety card for emergencies, so guests have quick access to needed resources.
Guest Pre Departure Prep
We’re committed to keeping our staff, guests, and our property owners safe. To help keep our housekeeping team safe, we ask our short-term rental guests to please take out the garbage and load used dishes in the dishwasher. If guests use towels, we also ask them to start towels on a hot wash cycle before leaving the rental. These steps can help keep our community members safe.
