Laurence Nathanson
Laurence comes from a 32-year career with expertise in business development and marketing. He has founded or co-founded numerous successful companies ranging from consumer products to online content and service offerings. Since 2016, he has been a short-term property rental manager, starting with his own luxury property located in San Francisco.
In 2018, Laurence was invited to join Airbnb's prestigious 'Plus' program, for high-end properties and hosts that go above and beyond in taking care of their guests. To date, he has over 150 guest reviews — all of which are 5-Stars. Laurence has lived in the Bay Area for over 25 years and fell in love with Sonoma from frequent trips to visit renowned wineries, go rafting on the Russian River, and enjoy dining at some of the country’s top-rated restaurants.
Dan Sullivan
Dan is an accomplished sales executive with over 25 years experience within the Solar, Finance, and Construction fields in the Bay Area. He comes from a winemaking family and grew-up in Sonoma. Both his brothers are world-class winemakers running Benovia and Four Brothers Vineyard.
Since 2018, he has been managing two of his own luxury Sonoma short-term rentals – one on the border of Sonoma town and one close to Healdsburg. Both properties consistently get 5-star reviews from guests who stay there. He is honored to share his favorite place on earth with guests and always strives to make their stay memorable. He is also excited to help those with Sonoma vacation homes generate a sizable yearly income while also getting to enjoy their properties.
